All swimmers must provide a signed medical certificate from their GP confirming they are fit to swim. This is a mandatory requirement set by the Channel Swimming & Piloting Federation (CS&PF). The registration fee covers your spot in the relay, boat hire, pilot fees, and support services. Full payment must be completed by the deadline to secure your place. Once registered, you’ll receive detailed guidance on cold water acclimation, relay strategies, and training tips to ensure you’re ready for the big swim.
